Darien · Old Greenwich · opened 2019
A room in Fairfield County that is already full of people worth knowing.
Coworking, private offices, eight bookable rooms and a kitchen that has fed ninety people at once. Two locations, one membership, both of them yours.
Tours 9am to 5pm, and you are welcome to stay for the rest of the day.
Who it is for
It was built for the person who has outgrown the kitchen table.
Freelance designers, remote corporate staff, founders raising a first round, people writing a book. HAYVN was created as a beautiful space, light-filled, modern and safe, and everything layered on top of that, the workshops, the mentorship, the pitch nights, exists so the room does more than hold a laptop.
- A Certified B Corporation and a CTNext partner, in service of people, the planet and the community
- Two locations: 320 Boston Post Rd in Darien, 1700 E Putnam Ave in Old Greenwich
- Founded by Felicia Rubinstein, Chief Collaborator, who opened Darien in 2019

Three ways in
So the plan is sized to how much of the week you actually need.
All three include the cafe, the WiFi, the printing, the fitness centre and the events. The difference is whether the desk is shared, yours, or behind a door that locks.

What happens here
Which is why the calendar matters as much as the floor plan.
The programmes run on five pillars: entrepreneurship, health and wellness, empowering women, marketing, and sustainability and social impact. HAYVN HATCH, the female founder pitch night, reaches its twentieth edition this October. Coffee & Convo, HAYVN Half Time, HerStory, the Wellness Collective and the HAYVN Cares volunteer mornings run alongside it.
Members attend all of it at no charge. Most of it is open to everyone.

Come and see the room before you decide anything.
Tours run 9am to 5pm at both locations, and you are welcome to stay for the rest of the day once you have had the walk round. Call, email, come on in.

Before you book
The five things people ask on the tour.
Can I try it for a day before committing to anything?
Yes. A day pass gets you a flex desk, the cafe, the WiFi and whatever is on the events calendar that day, at either Darien or Old Greenwich. Tours run 9am to 5pm and you are welcome to book one and then stay for the rest of the day.
What is the difference between the Branch, the Perch and the Nest?
The Branch is a flex desk at $299 a month, any open table in the common area from 9am to 5pm, with no monthly minimum. The Perch is your own desk with a lockable file cabinet at $500 a month, 24/7, with three meeting room credits. The Nest is a lockable private office from $1,000 a month on a twelve-month term, with four meeting room credits and a setup fee of $500 to $1,000 depending on the office and the location.
Do I have to be a member to book a meeting room or hold an event?
No. The rooms are bookable by the hour whether or not you are a member. Weekday rates run 9am to 5pm, after-hours and weekend rates are higher, and a 3.75% non-refundable service fee is applied at booking.
Can I use the address for my business?
Yes. HAYVN's mailing address is available to every member and can be used on a Google Business Profile listing. Packages are signed for when you are not there, you are notified by email or text, and the contents can be scanned to you.
What is included beyond the desk?
Free parking, high-speed meshed WiFi, colour and black-and-white printing, soundproof phone booths, coffee, tea and treats in the cafe, the in-house fitness centre with a Peloton and a shower, the podcast room, access to preferred-pricing healthcare, HR and payroll benefits, and every member event on the calendar.
